Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Media Vault ('we', 'us', 'our') collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our site and services.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: name and email address when you sign up, log in, or join our free community.

Purchase information: what you buy, order totals, and (for outreach packages) the location, sport, travel radius, and notes you submit.

Payment information: processed directly by Stripe. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, but we never receive or store your full card number.

Usage information: basic technical data like pages visited and device/browser type, used to keep the site running and improve it.

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account, fulfill your orders, deliver purchased content, respond to support requests, and — if you opt in via signup, our free community, or a purchase — send you emails about new products, workshops, or offers.

3. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers to run the Service: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), beehiiv (email newsletters), and Vercel (hosting). Each of these providers processes data on our behalf and maintains its own security and privacy practices.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to remember items in your cart. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.

5. Data Retention

We keep your account and order information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

6. Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion of your account and associated data, by emailing support@themediavault.online. We'll respond within a reasonable time, though some information (like records of completed purchases) may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
